Field Trips & Private play dates

Field trips and private play group meet-ups at Imagination Street are a great way to practice creativity and imaginative play with friends and classmates and make great, lasting memories.   We are excited to offer these options to area schools, pre-schools, home school groups, etc.

Target Age

1 1/2 - 6 years old

Booking

Field Trips and private play group meet ups may be booked Monday-Thursday. Dates are on a first come, first serve basis.  We ask that you provide two date options when submitting your request.   

 

We do limit to just one field trip/private play group meet-up a day.

 

During your private event our facility will be closed to the general public, allowing you and your group two hours of FUN! 

 

Time Slots

9am-11am

9:30-11:30am

10-12pm

*Afternoon time slots may be available as well, if interested

*We allow guests to arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot to get checked in.

 

Capacity

We limit our groups to 25 students per time slot.  If you have a group over 25 please call us to discuss options. 

 

Admission Fee

$10.00 per child*

There is a 1:8 teacher to student ratio 

Required Teachers and Chaperones: FREE 

If there are any children attending with a Chaperone parent, they will be subject to the same admission fee and count towards group size.

 

*There will be a $150.00 minimum regardless of the number of children who attend.

Party Room Access

Our Party Room can be utilized as a lunchroom if you would like to incorporate lunch onsite before or after play session.  This space must be booked in advance.  There is a $50.00 fee assessed and due with final payment.    We encourage lunch to be simple and quick to allow maximum playing time.

 

Deposit

 

  • A $50 (non-refundable) deposit will be collected once booking request has been accepted.

  • Full payment is due on the day of your scheduled visit.

  • One week prior to your visit, you will receive an email with pre-visit information. 

 

Cancellations

To reschedule your field trip/private event please email imaginationstreet.ankeny@gmail.com.

 

Waivers

For Field Trips, each child MUST have a signed Waiver on file prior to entering our play area. This is different than our standard waiver we require for regular attending guests. Our Field Trip Waiver can be downloaded for parents to complete and brought with you the day of the field trip.

For private play group guests, our standard waiver shall be completed onsite or in advance.

Field Trip Request Form

Please select two date options for your field trip, the first one being your preferred choice.  Requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.  If you are requesting a date within the next 2 weeks, we cannot make any guarantees that we can accomodate your request.

I have read and understand the rules as set forth above and agree to pay the $50.00 non-refundable deposit at the time my booking is accepted.​
