Our Play Packs are a great option for families, nannies, and play groups.  They are not assigned to a specific guest and may be used for multiple guests at one time.

Terms:

• Sales Tax (6%) is not included 

• Each pass is good for one open play session.

• We limit use of play passes to a maximum of 5 per play session.  May not be used for groups greater than 5 children in a given session.

• Passes may only be used for open play sessions and are not valid for Classes, Special Events, or any of our Private Event packages.

• We encourage our guests to pre-book their planned visit online to secure their child's play spot.

• Play packs are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

• Play packs are registered and record of use is maintained electronically in guest's profile.  

• No expiration date

• Effective 5/1/24, if Guest is unable to make their session, please contact us at least 45 minutes prior to play session start time to cancel 515-601-4396.  Late cancellation or no-show for play session booked will result in a play pass being deducted.
