Our Open Play concept offer guests the flexibility to enjoy our play space during posted business hours.  We offer our guests the ability to book a play spot in advance online or over the phone.  Your advance booking secures your child's spot to play since we do limit our capacity in our play space and let's be honest, we really dislike turning away our little guests when they are excited to play so advance booking or even calling ahead is strongly encouraged.  Limiting capacity is important to us and offers our guests a much more enjoyable experience.

We welcome walk-in guests too and will make every effort to accommodate but please know there may be times where our capacity just simply will not allow for it.

Your child's admission to play will get them 2 hours of play time and occasionally we will allow our guests to extend their time when we are less busy especially during the weekdays.  Our weekend play session(s) will be limited to 2 hours only unless otherwise posted on our booking site.

When booking in advance online, if you do not see any availability feel free to give us a call as we may have had a last-minute cancellation or other change that is not reflective on our website and can sometimes make accommodations.

 

For those who've booked in advance and can no longer make their play session, please call us in advance and we will happily issue a credit on your account.
