Whether you are celebrating a birthday, baptism, shower, or just-because, our inviting and safe place is well suited for all ages ranging 0-6!

We are excited to expand our offering for events hosted here at Imagination Street giving families more options to book their special celebration with us! 

Semi-Private Event Option - $235.00*

We are excited to begin offering a more budget-friendly Semi-Private package option to families.  This option is perfect for smaller scale celebrations and group gatherings.  You and your guests will have fun playing in our play space shared with a limited group of open play guests followed by a private celebration in our party room space.

Our Semi-Private package will include the following:

  • 80-minutes of open play time (shared use of play space with open play guests)

  • 30-minute private celebration in party room*

  • Includes admission for up to 11 children plus birthday child (12 max). *Children under 1/over 12 excluded from admission count. 

  • Includes up to 30 total adults & children age 1+.  *Children under 1 excluded from total count.

  • Two-hour space rental plus up to 15-minute set up time/15-minute tear down time.

  • White plastic table clothes

  • BYO food/dessert/tableware/decorations

  • Water/Juice/Coffee/Tea option for party guests

  • Special gift for birthday child (limit 1)

  • Best part... leave the mess and clean up to us!

Semi-Event Party Time Options

Monday-Friday: 5:30-7:30pm*

Saturdays & Sundays: 9:30am-11:30am and 12pm-2pm

*Book semi-private event Monday-Thursday evening and get 10% off package price.  Call to confirm availability.

Important Note:  We do NOT allow celebrations to occur during an open play session.  Any plans for a celebration onsite must be booked in advance as a Semi-Private or Private Event.

Specific Rules Regarding Semi-Private Events

1) Your guest count (party attendees excluding parents) is capped at 12 children total (includes birthday child and any siblings of birthday child).  We do not count guests under 1/over 12 in guest count; however, in order to participate in play and celebration they are required to complete a waiver.

   

2) There is a 30-person (adults/children) cap for our Semi-Private events (includes Host family). All guests age 1+ are factored into this total guest count.  This cap is in place due to the limited space in party room.

3) We do not allow any available open play spots to be booked by Party Host, expanding guest count.  If we find any additional play spots were booked (paid or held as a member/play pass user) they will be removed from open play session and no credit will be issued. If booked as play pass guests, play passes will be automatically deducted/forfeited.

 

4) We do not allow Semi-Private parties to be changed to a private booking unless the time slot is changed to a private time slot option (if available).

Private Event Options

(Applies to bookings made 1/20/24 and after)

Interested in hosting a private celebration for your special event?  Our private events will include private use of our play space plus space to celebrate based on the package selected.

Private Event - Standard $335.00*

Our standard package option includes the following:

  • 80-minutes of play time (approximately) (private use of play space)*

  • 30-minute celebration time (approximately)*

  • Use of lobby area and two tables (excludes party room space which may be rented for a separate non-play event)

  • White plastic table clothes

  • BYO food/dessert/tableware/decorations

  • Water/Juice/Coffee/Tea option for party guests

  • Includes play admission for up to 15 children plus birthday child (16 max). *Children under 1/over 12 excluded from count.

  • Includes up to 35 total adults & children age 1+* 

  • Two-hour space rental plus up to 30-minute set up time & 15-minute tear down

  • Special gift for birthday child (limit 1)

  • Best part... leave the mess and clean up to us!

Private Event - Upgraded $425.00*

Our upgraded package option includes the following:

  • 80-minutes of play time (approximately) private use of play space)*

  • 30-minute celebration time (approximately)*

  • Use of entire facility including party room space

  • White plastic table clothes

  • BYO food/dessert/tableware/decorations

  • Water/Juice/Coffee/Tea option for party guests

  • Includes play admission for up to 20 children plus birthday child. *Children under 1/over 12 excluded from count.

  • Additional party guests (children only) - $11.00/per child (max 5)

  • Includes up to 50 total adults & children age 1+*

  • Two-hour space rental plus up to 30-minute set up time & 15-minute tear down

  • Special gift for birthday child (limit 1)

  • Best part... leave the mess and clean up to us!

Private Event Party Time Options

Monday-Friday: 5:30-7:30pm*

Saturdays/Sundays: 3:00-5:00pm & 5:30-7:30pm

Booking Your Special Event

1) Book your special event online or over the phone -515-601-4396.  

2) When booking your event, please be sure to read through each option before making your selection.  We cannot guarantee we can accommodate changes after booking. 

3) A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 plus a $10.00 non-refundable booking fee is due at time of booking to secure your event date and time.  Please refer to our Event Terms and Conditions for our Cancellation Policy, in the event you must cancel after booking.

4) Final payment for your event will be collected the day of inclusive of any additional add-on charges (i.e. socks, additional guests, etc.) plus sales tax (6%) and an automatic 10% gratuity for our Party Assistant(s) with the option to increase for exceptional service at the discretion of the Party Host. 

 

5) If Party Host would like to pay ahead of time, please give us a call to do so.  Please note, any additional charges assessed day of event will be due and collected during the event.
