Private Events

Are you looking to host a private playdate, a baby shower, gender reveal party, holiday party, or maybe just a fun family or friend gathering?  Maybe you are in need of a space to host an evening social event or business meeting?  We'd love for you to consider our space for your upcoming event whether there is play involved or not.

Imagination Street offers a variety of private event packages. 

 

Private (Non-Play) Events

Are you looking for an inviting space to host a business meeting or perhaps a social gathering?  Our space is available Monday through Friday between 6:00PM and 8:30PM.  There are two options to choose from:

  • 1 1/2 Hours - $75.00

  • 2 1/2 Hours - $125.00

Terms:

  • Fee includes use of the common space and the party room only.    It does not include use of the play area.  To book a private event that includes the use of the play area, please see below. 

  • Guest allowance - up to 50 people.   Additional guest may be allowed just note that seating is limited.

  • For an additional fee of $50.00, host may set up a food and/or beverage station.  All serving ware must be provided by host.  No alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Private Event + Play - Available Monday through Friday between 6:00PM and 8:30PM

Are you looking for a place to host a private event and include the use of the play area for young guests?

We have a few options to choose from.

 

Monday - Friday - Events may be booked between 6:00PM and 8:30PM.  

  • 1 1/2 Hours - $125.00 for up to 10 playing guests.  Each additional playing guest is $8.00 up to a maximum of 25.  

  • 2 1/2 hours - $175.00 for up to 10 playing guests.  Each additional playing guest is $8.00 up to a maximum of 25. 

Terms:

  • Fee includes use of common space and play area.  For an additional $50.00 the party room space can be added.

  • Guest Allowance - A maximum of 25 children and up to 25 adults are allowed.  We can accomodate an additional 10-15 adults just note that seating is limited.

  • No food or beverage is allowed with exception of water bottles.  For an additional fee of $50.00, host may set up a food and/or beverage station.  All serving ware must be provided by host.  No alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Weekend Private Events + Play

Our private event + play booking option is available on the weekends.  These bookings follow the same available schedule as our birthday parties.  

 

Saturdays - Private events with play are available 1PM – 7PM*

Private Party Option 1 – 1:00PM – 3:30PM

Private Party Option 2 – 4:00PM – 6:30PM

 

Sundays - Private events with play are available between 12:30PM – 6:00PM*

Private Party Option 1 – 12:30PM – 3:00PM

Private Party Option 2 – 3:00PM – 5:30PM

Terms:

  • We will require that option 1 for each day be booked first if available.

  • Each of our party options will include up to 2 1/2 hours of play and social time.  

  • This package is considered a private event with access to the entire facility.  No other events will be held at the same time.

  • Guest Allowance - A maximum of 25 children and up to 25 adults are allowed.  We can accomodate an additional 10-15 adults comfortably just note that seating is limited. A maximum of 30 guests allowed in Party room at a time. 

  • Outside Food/Non-Alcoholic Beverages are Allowed (Certain rules apply)

  • Food/Beverage set up will be in the party room

  • Party Host

  • White Table clothes available for common area and party room tables.

  • No food setup or eating allowed in the play area.
